We collect as little as we can and keep it for a short, stated time. This page says exactly what happens to the information you send us. Kusukang is the controller; we do not sell personal data and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.
01What we collect
From the review request form: your name, work email address, company name, the monthly inference-spend band you select, the bottleneck you select, and your message. From normal browsing: server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested path) retained for 30 days for abuse diagnostics. We set no advertising cookies, embed no tracking pixels, and run no session replay.
02Why we process it
To answer your request, prepare the scaling review we promised, and — only if you ticked the consent box — to send occasional follow-up about inference scaling. Answering a request is performance of a contract and legitimate interest; marketing follow-up is consent, and withdrawing it costs you nothing.
03Processors
Form submissions transit one form processor — Formspree, which forwards the request to our inbox — and land in an email inbox and a spreadsheet we control. Infrastructure providers act on our instructions under data-processing terms and may not use the data for anything else. We disclose data to law enforcement only when legally compelled, and we tell you first unless gagged.
04Retention
Review requests: 24 months, then deleted. Engagement records: seven years, for tax and liability. Server logs: 30 days. Marketing consent is stored until withdrawn.
05Client project data
Everything you show us during an engagement — traffic traces, configurations, logs, metrics — is client confidential data, not personal data collected by this policy. It lives in your systems, is copied to our encrypted engagement storage only where a task requires it, and is deleted within 30 days of engagement close. See the Security page for the access model.
06International transfers
The team works from Los Angeles, Jakarta and Seoul. Data is hosted in the United States and, where a client requires it, the European Union. Transfers outside those regions use standard contractual clauses and encryption in transit.
07Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to legitimate-interest processing. Write hello@kusukang.com and we answer within 30 days. Ask once for "delete my data" and it is deleted, with a written confirmation.
08Children and sensitive data
We do not market to anyone under 16 and never intend to receive sensitive personal data through this form. If a message contains it, we delete it and tell you.
09Changes
